Job Description

Position Summary:
The Dental Lab Technician will interpret dentists' instructions via prescriptions and follow the lab's step-by-step protocols to finish full arch dental restorations.
Essential Responsibilities:
Thoroughly review clinical prescriptions to execute exact anatomical and shade requirements specified by the dentist. Utilize precise hand tools and rotary instruments to contour, trim, character, and polish full-arch prosthetics. Maintain strict adherence to step-by-step laboratory and safety protocols to ensure the highest device quality. Provide clear feedback and communicate effectively with colleagues and lab management to optimize full-arch workflows and product quality. Evaluate the functionality, fit, and accuracy of occlusion of the full-arch prosthesis using articulators and bite tables Removes excess materials, and polishes surfaces of prostheses or frameworks using polishing machines. Keep specialized finishing tools, handpieces, and polishing workstations clean and properly calibrated. Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Time management, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent attention to detail, teamwork abilities, problem solving skills, communication skills and organizational skills Good hand-eye coordination Excellent manual dexterity and visual acuity required. Artistic aptitude for detailed and precise work.
Education and Experience:
