As a Dental Technician Ceramist, you will play a pivotal role in our dental laboratory by creating aesthetically pleasing and high-quality dental restorations.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise in ceramic work to fabricate and customize dental crowns, bridges, veneers, and other dental prosthetics Follow dental prescriptions and specifications to ensure accurate replication of desired outcomes Employ various ceramic layering techniques to achieve optimal shade, translucency, and natural appearance of restorations Collaborate closely with other dental technicians, dentists, and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of cases Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and meet client expectations Stay updated with industry advancements, new materials, and techniques related to dental ceramics Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dental Technician Ceramist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ceramic work Proficiency in ceramic layering techniques, color matching, and characterization of dental restorations In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and aesthetic principles Proficient in using dental laboratory equipment, tools, and technologies Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and digital dentistry is a plus Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and artistic abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
