Responsibilities:

Greet, welcome and seat patients with a warm, professional demeanor. Sterilize and prepare dental instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance protocols are followed. Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently. Take dental radiographs as needed. Assist clinical team as needed during procedures. Manage inventory of sterilization supplies and instruments. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license (Tennessee). Strong attention to detail and organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Excellent time management skills.
