At Interfaith Dental, we are more than a dental clinic, we are a mission-driven nonprofit transforming lives through oral health care for individuals experiencing poverty across Middle Tennessee. We are looking for a Sterile Tech - Registered Dental Assistant who is positive, dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment. This role is essential to keeping our clinic running smoothly and safely while supporting both patients and clinical staff. What You'll Do Manage instrument sterilization and infection control processes Maintain sterilization equipment and logs Stock and organize dental supplies and operatories Support OSHA compliance and clinic cleanliness Assist with lab case management and handpiece maintenance Provide chairside dental assisting support as needed What You Bring Active Registered Dental Assistant License CPR Certification Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Compassion for serving vulnerable populations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Interfaith Dental?
