What You'll Do As a Mill Department Technician, you'll oversee the daily operation of our milling department and play a critical role in ensuring consistent production quality.

Responsibilities include:

Operate and manage CNC milling equipment used to manufacture dental restorations. Prepare and monitor production jobs using dental CAD/CAM software and digital workflows. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and preventative care to keep equipment operating at its best. Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate repairs when needed. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, and increase consistency. We're Looking For Someone Who… Enjoys working with technology and precision equipment. Naturally keeps their workspace clean, organized, and efficient. Takes ownership of machines as if they were their own. Is mechanically inclined and enjoys troubleshooting. Can prioritize work independently while managing multiple production tasks. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CAD/CAM workflows (dental experience preferred but not required). Mechanical aptitude with basic equipment maintenance experience.
