Our lab focuses on high quality removable (partials, dentures, flippers) prosthetics and orthodontic appliances. The ideal candidate is creative, helpful and collaborative. On the job training and mentoring is available, but some dental laboratory experience is preffered. Our lab utilizes both traditional and digital workflows. Duties Fabricate a variety of removable dental prostheses. Generate restorative models from digital and traditional impressions. Fabricate a variety of orthodontic appliances including retainers and expanders. Finish and polish dental prostheses with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring optimal fit, comfort, and aesthetics. Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure accurate orders. Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques throughout all laboratory processes to ensure patient safety. 1-2 hours of delivery driving most days. Qualifications Dental laboratory experience with a preffered background in fabrication techniques for removable prosthodontics, full arch restorations, implant prosthodontics and orthodontic appliances. Knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques essential for safe laboratory operations. Ability to interpret dental impressions, lab prescriptions, medical imaging data, and technical drawings accurately. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work precisely using tools such as micrometers for measurements. Ability to maintain an organized workspace and schedule. Strong communication and collaboration skills. We are a close-knit team and looking forward to adding someone who values craftsmanship and teamwork.
