Job Description

Dental Sterilization Technician (Full-Time) We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team in a supportive, positive, and patient-focused dental office. This is a great opportunity to work in the dental field—no prior experience is required, and we are willing to train the right person.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. 1-hour lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Compensation:
$19-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing dental instruments Preparing treatment rooms for patient care Maintaining sterilization protocols and infection control standards Stocking supplies and assisting with operatory turnover Supporting the clinical team with back-office organization
Requirements:
Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration Current CPR certification Strong attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Ability to work well in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn No prior experience required; training provided
