. We are looking for that Special Individual who wants to Join Our Team. We are a growing practice who cares about our Dental Team. Emphasis on personal development through continuing education, team building, and high achievement. Come join our bright, state of the art practice in the Northgate area. Duties Prepare and sterilize dental and medical instruments according to established protocols. Operate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment usage. Follow strict infection control procedures to prevent contamination. Assist in the organization and inventory management of medical supplies and instruments. Collaborate with dental assistants and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless workflow. Stay updated on the latest aseptic techniques and infection control standards. Qualifications Knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy is preferred. Experience in pediatrics or dental assisting is a plus. Familiarity with infection control practices and aseptic techniques is essential. Ability to manage medical records accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory. This position requires individuals who are committed to upholding safety standards while providing exceptional support within a healthcare facility.
