Job Description
Seeking a staff dentist to join our team in northern Alaska. Salary for Dentist 0-3 years of experience $210,000. Increases with experience. Housing Arranged and Subsidized for Dentist and immediate family (spouse/kids) per ASNA Housing Policy (biweekly rent includes some basic utilities). Pet-friendly units are limited, require pet pre-approval, and associated deposit.

- 30 days paid personal leave accrued at rate of a little over 1 day per 2-week pay period. Paid holidays or cultural days, 13 recognized per year. Continuing Education to help maintain licensure
- Up to two courses pertinent to your job per year, per ASNA HR travel policies, must be approved by dental director, hospital administrator, and CEO (ASNA pays course fees, hotel, airfare, per diem, taxi/car if indicated, and your salary for course days). CE-mandatory
- If staffing/funding allows: New hire dentists may attend 1-2 additional CE courses if offered in Anchorage, AK by
ANTHC/ANMC
"Pedo week" and "I.H.S. Challenges week". Retirement plan- ASNA currently contributes 8% of your gross to a retirement plan with John Hancock. 3% you are fully vested in from day 1; the other 5% follows a 5-year vesting schedule.
