Practice Overview Join a thriving, privately owned pediatric-focused dental practice on Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast. The practice serves children through college age, as well as special needs adults, creating a diverse and rewarding clinical experience. With strong referral relationships throughout the region and significant new patient growth, the incoming provider will have the ability to build a busy schedule quickly and play a key role in the continued growth of the practice. Position Highlights Opportunity for either a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist or a General Dentist with a strong interest in pediatric dentistry Established patient demand with approximately 150 new patients per month Modern pediatric-focused practice environment Significant referral base from surrounding dental providers Opportunity to focus on children, adolescents, and young adults Clinical autonomy with the ability to help shape and grow the practice Mentorship available for newer providers Long-term leadership potential Future partnership discussions possible for interested candidates Clinical Scope Depending on training and experience, providers may perform: Preventive and restorative dentistry Crowns and fillings Pediatric endodontics and pulp therapy Space maintainers Extractions Growth and development evaluations Adolescent and young adult care Treatment planning and comprehensive care The Pediatric Dentist owner manages many of the youngest children, special needs patients, and more complex behavior-management cases, creating flexibility for incoming providers.
