Located in Montgomery, AL.
Job Details:
Join 3 Dentists in a busy practice, need is due to volume 4.5 day work week Placing implants is a Must Have! $15,000 Sign on Bonus 15 operatories Robust CE program that is free for Dentists Ability to make $300k-$400k a year Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans effectively with patients and team members. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures. Manage medical documentation and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and accuracy. Collaborate with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Use dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms for scheduling, charting, billing, and record management. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness. Assist in dental fabrication processes for crowns, bridges, or other prosthetic devices as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to infection control standards and OSHA guidelines. Experience Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or dental office setting with a strong foundation in general dentistry. Prior experience with pediatric dentistry is highly desirable; familiarity with treating pediatric patients is essential. Demonstrated proficiency in dental imaging techniques and understanding of anatomy relevant to oral surgery procedures. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and the ability to accurately document medical records. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Dentrix is preferred; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.

$300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
