Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care while utilizing your expertise in general dentistry and specialized procedures. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a diverse range of dental conditions, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive and compassionate care in a welcoming environment. Your dedication to excellence and attention to detail will contribute significantly to our mission of promoting oral health and transforming smiles. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques. Deliver high-quality general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics, ensuring adherence to infection control standards and aseptic techniques. Conduct specialized procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), oral surgery, and prosthodontic restorations. Utilize dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for accurate medical documentation, medical records management, and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient clinic operations while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and other privacy standards. Maintain a sterile environment through proper infection control protocols and ensure all medical documentation is complete and accurate. Experience Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting with a strong understanding of general dentistry procedures. Hands-on experience with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging tools. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices, especially in treating pediatric patients (pediatrics). Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Prior experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), and other advanced procedures such as prosthodontics and oral surgery. Proficiency in using practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred. Demonstrated commitment to patient care excellence, infection control protocols, and maintaining detailed medical records. $225,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
