What are the qualifications?

Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency programDDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency programClinical scope to include extractions, dental sedation, bone grafting, dental implants and facial trauma treatmentActive Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtainActive Federal DEA or ability to obtainOpen to candidates requiring licensing and relocationLearn More!
