Experienced Dentist Equity Opportunity

The Opportunity This role is designed for a dentist who wants to transition toward leadership and ownership rather than remain in a traditional employee position. Earn $200,000 -$600,000 per year. This position comes with a 3 day 12 hours a day schedule consisting of TU and Thurs 8am -8 pm and alternating Friday 8 am to 8 PM or Saturday 8 am to 4 PM.

Clinical Expectations We are looking for a dentist comfortable performing a wide variety of procedures and capable of managing more advanced treatment. Required Skills Molar endodontics Surgical extractions Bone grafting Highly Desired Implant placement Clear aligner orthodontics Equally important are attitude, work ethic, leadership, and teamwork . Leadership Role You will work alongside two junior dentists and serve as a clinical mentor , helping them grow in both skill and confidence.
