Job Description
Join an Established, Patient-Centered Practice We are a well-established dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and building long-lasting relationships within our community. We are seeking an experienced General Dentist who is passionate about delivering excellent clinical care and building strong patient relationships. The ideal candidate is confident in all aspects of general dentistry, possesses outstanding communication skills, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, preventive care, restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, extractions, Endo and other general dentistry services. Develop and present individualized treatment plans based on patients' clinical needs and goals. Educate patients on treatment options and oral health maintenance. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation. Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Arizona dental license in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in general dentistry preferred. Strong clinical, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to ethical, patient-focused care. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
