General Dentist

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments using dental terminology and medical documentation standards. Diagnose dental conditions through clinical evaluation and medical imaging techniques. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages, including pediatric dentistry when applicable. Conduct various procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other restorative treatments. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper documentation of treatments performed. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to prevent cross-contamination within the dental practice. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery and uphold the clinic's standards of excellence. Requirements Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a General Dentist. Experience in general dentistry with additional skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, or medical imaging is preferred. Demonstrated ability in patient care and patient assessment with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical records management. Prior experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment is highly advantageous.
