We are committed to helping you transition from new graduate to a highly proficient general dentist. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive diagnostic, preventive, and restorative treatment for adult and pediatric patients. Conduct thorough examinations and accurately diagnose oral diseases and conditions. Develop and present clear, compelling treatment plans to patients. Perform all clinical procedures efficiently, including but not limited to: composite/amalgam restorations, fixed/removable prosthodontics, endodontics (limited), and extractions (simple). Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and practice protocols. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Current, active, and unrestricted California State Dental License. Current Malpractice Liability Insurance.

Ideal Candidate:

1 to 3 years of clinical experience. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply! Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient education and comfort. Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
