In this role, you will provide high-quality dental care to patients across a variety of age groups, ensuring their oral health needs are met with professionalism and compassion. As a key member of our dental practice, you will utilize your clinical expertise to deliver exceptional patient experiences while adhering to the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation. Your enthusiasm for general dentistry and pediatric dentistry will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques Deliver a wide range of dental treatments such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to maximize efficiency and patient comfort during procedures Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies tailored to individual needs Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed, including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care, assist in dental fabrication processes, and support overall clinic operations Requirements Valid state dental license with eligibility for part-time practice as an associate dentist Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar practice management systems Demonstrated experience in general dentistry with a focus on pediatric dentistry preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards Hands-on experience with dental imaging equipment and understanding of anatomy relevant to oral surgery and endodontics Strong communication skills to effectively explain procedures and foster patient trust Commitment to infection control standards and maintaining a safe clinical environment Ability to work efficiently using aseptic techniques and support team-based four-handed dentistry practices Join us in delivering outstanding dental care in a dynamic environment where your skills make a real difference!
