The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pediatric dental care, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional patient experiences. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for families, guiding them through treatment plans, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming process from initial consultation to post-treatment follow up. Responsibilities Act as the main contact between patients, families, and the dental team to explain treatment options and address questions clearly and empathetically. Schedule appointments efficiently while coordinating with clinical staff to optimize daily patient flow while maintaining productivity. Assist in explaining financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options to families to facilitate understanding and acceptance of recommended treatments. Prepare and organize patient records, treatment plans, and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations. Support the clinical team by managing administrative tasks such as verifying insurance coverage and processing payments. Foster a positive environment that reassures children and their families, alleviating dental anxiety through friendly communication. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring all patient information is accurate and up-to-date for seamless operations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Experience with dental insurances, treatment presentation, and financial options within office guidelines. Knowledge of EagleSoft software a plus. Bilingual Spanish a plus. Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to details. Dental experience specifically within a pediatric dental environment is desired. The ability to connect with children and their families and to see the reward in helping children to get their dental treatment done.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
