This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise, provide comprehensive dental services, and foster positive patient relationships. You will be responsible for diagnosing dental conditions, performing treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews and oral examinations Diagnose dental issues using advanced medical imaging and dental terminology to develop effective treatment plans Perform various procedures such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures Utilize dental fabrication techniques for crowns, bridges, dentures, and other prosthetic devices as needed Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term dental wellness Skills Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical imaging techniques Skilled in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures Experience with dental office operations and familiarity with infection control standards Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and explain complex procedures clearly Commitment to patient care excellence while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and medical documentation standards Join us to make a positive impact through compassionate care and technical expertise!
