Job Description

Associate General Dentist Pay:
$900-$1,100 per day + production
Earning Potential:
$400,000+ annually for the right candidate Prime Dental Group - Baldwin Park is seeking a confident and experienced Associate General Dentist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who is comfortable practicing comprehensive general dentistry independently in a well-established, high-volume office with strong support. Why Join Prime Dental Group Consistent patient flow with strong case acceptance $400K+ earning potential annually No weekends Modern technology and software to support providers Full clinical, front-office, and administrative support Clinical Expectations Diagnose and treat patients across the full scope of general dentistry Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, anterior and posterior endodontics, dentures, and implant restorations Experience with implants, clear aligners, veneers, and cosmetic dentistry preferred Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and case presentation skills Comfortable managing a productive schedule Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative teams Deliver care in a calm, patient-first environment Clearly explain treatment plans and options to patients Requirements DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school Active California dental license in good standing DEA registration Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Candidates without prior general dentistry experience will not be considered Job Details In-office position No weekends
