Only considering candidate that have at least one year of experience for this position Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, with experience in endodontic dentistry and oral surgery being highly desirable. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, ensuring the highest level of patient care while maintaining accurate medical records. You will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to provide comprehensive dental services to our patients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to diagnose dental conditions. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and oral surgeries. Maintain accurate medical records using Open Dental and other relevant software. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures within the dental office. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Active state dental license with no disciplinary actions. Proficiency in general dentistry; experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery is a plus. Familiarity with dental terminology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques. Experience using open dental software is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining medical records. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a friendly environment.
