This is an office in the heart of Beverly Hills that aims to continue growing and has been established for over 30 years. Coverage is currently needed for Tuesdays at our Beverly Hills office.

Pay:

You will be paid in several ways as an independent contractor, which has several tax benefits.

Here are the components:

Daily pay

• The higher of 30% of your production or your base every 2 weeks.

We pay 30% of your last 2 weeks of production, vs. the industry standard of 3 months or longer, which is in the dentist's favor. We own our own lab, so you are only paying 30% of lab fees as the adjustment (i.e. crown is $30). Your base never falls off, unlike peers where it is temporary. A majority of our team earns well above their base each payroll cycle. Student Loan Repayment

• We will repay some of your loans. Malpractice
• We pay a stipend toward your malpractice insurance. Continuing Education
• We grant CE units through Clove Dental University worth nearly $1,000 a year.

• You will learn from talented dentists and specialists on our team, along with senior doctors who are always available for second opinions. We cover all specialties including endo, periodontics, sleep sedation, cosmetic dentistry, and more. Independence and Growth
• We have an open-door policy and encourage our dentists to continue growing clinically with us. We support providers performing a wide range of procedures including implants, surgical extractions, Botox, and more. Technology
• All of our offices are equipped with intraoral cameras, CBCTs, and AI-assisted x-rays.

We have also implemented automation for clinical notes to help save you time, and we are always looking for new tools and strategies to support our doctors.
