We are a low-volume, high-quality private practice focused on exceptional patient care, personalized treatment, and long-term patient relationships. As a fee-for-service office, we are out of network with all insurance plans, allowing us to prioritize quality dentistry over high-volume production. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver comprehensive dental care in a patient-centered environment where clinical excellence comes first. You will utilize your skills in general dentistry and specialized procedures to create positive experiences for patients of all ages. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols diligently to ensure patient safety and prevent cross-contamination Operate dental imaging equipment to obtain high-quality radiographs for diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Educate patients on comprehensive treatment options and help them understand the value of high-quality, long-term dental care in a fee-for-service environment Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist with current credentials in good standing Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures along with specialized skills in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and dental fabrication Experience working in a dental clinic or office environment with familiarity in medical terminology and medical records management Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures while maintaining aseptic technique Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and thoroughly Knowledge of infection control standards and medical imaging techniques necessary for accurate diagnosis A mindset aligned with delivering high-quality dentistry rather than high patient volume, with strong communication skills suited for an out-of-network practice model Join us as an Associate Dentist where your passion for dentistry meets a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
