Full Job Description Associate Dentist Redford Dental Care Location:
Carmichael, CA Schedule:
Full Time, M-TH (8 to 10 hours per day)
Compensation:
Guarantee competitive base pay, 30% of net production $150,000 to $250,000 per year.
Benefits:

The Associate Dentist oversees the delivery of high-quality dental care while providing clinical leadership to the dental team. This role combines patient treatment responsibilities with practice management, mentoring, quality assurance, and collaboration with administrative staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties Diagnose and treat dental conditions, diseases, and injuries. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Perform general dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards. Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Qualifications:
