This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in endodontics to improve patient outcomes and enhance overall oral health. You will work within a collaborative environment that values precision, patient care, and continuous learning, ensuring each patient receives the highest standard of treatment. Your skills in dental anatomy, infection control, and medical imaging will be essential in diagnosing and managing complex cases effectively. Duties Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other endodontic procedures with precision and care Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine the most appropriate treatment plans Utilize dental imaging technology to diagnose and plan effective interventions Maintain thorough medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures Educate patients on endodontic conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care to ensure informed decision-making Requirements Valid state licensure as a licensed Endodontist or eligibility for licensure in the practice location Proven experience with dental terminology, medical documentation, and dental fabrication techniques Proficiency with dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for record keeping and scheduling Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging, infection control practices, and medical/medical terminology Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and related procedures within a clinical setting Experience working in a dental clinic or office environment with a focus on patient care excellence Knowledge of pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, and four-handed dentistry techniques is a plus Join us to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through expert endodontic care!
