The Role We are seeking a Board-Certified Endodontist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis at our Fresno location. This role is dedicated to providing advanced endodontic care within our office, supported by a consistent referral flow from our general dentistry team. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a compassionate chairside manner. Schedule Flexible scheduling available (full-time or part-time) Single-location position (No travel between multiple offices required) Qualifications Board Certified Endodontist (required) DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program Active and unrestricted California dental license DEA license (or eligibility) Current BLS/CPR certification Strong clinical proficiency in modern endodontic techniques and technologies Excellent communication and case presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with our general dentists and staff Responsibilities Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues Perform advanced endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy (anterior, premolar, molar), retreatment, and apicoectomies Utilize advanced technology such as digital radiography and rotary endodontic systems Develop and present treatment plans clearly to patients Collaborate closely with our general dentists to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Adhere to all California Dental Practice Act regulations, OSHA standards, and HIPAA protocols Compliance & Regulatory Statement This position requires full compliance with the California Dental Practice Act, OSHA standards, HIPAA regulations, and all internal policies. All clinical care must be rendered within the scope of licensure and in accordance with applicable laws and ethical standards. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
