General Dentist (Endodontic Focus)

Job Description Care and Cure Dental is seeking a General Dentist with strong endodontic experience to join our high-volume practice in Fresno, California . This is a part-time opportunity (Thursdays or Fridays) ideal for a provider who is confident performing root canal treatments, including molar cases and retreatments. We serve a diverse patient base, with a strong focus on Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal patients , and are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care. Compensation $900 - $2,000 per day (based on experience and productivity) OR 30% - 35% of adjusted production (whichever is higher)Responsibilities Perform root canal treatments (anterior, premolar, and molar) Perform endodontic retreatments (re-root canals) as needed Provide a calm and reassuring experience for pediatric and teen patients Work efficiently in a high-volume, team-based environment Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality care Help reduce referrals by providing in-house endodontic treatment Qualifications DDS or DMD degree Active California dental license Active Medi-Cal / Denti-Cal credentialing (required) Valid malpractice insurance Minimum 2+ years of endodontic experience Strong molar endodontic skills Comfortable with high patient volume Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
