About Us:

We are a fast-growing dental group seeking a motivated and experienced Managing Associate General Dentist to join our team. This position is ideal for a doctor who is passionate about patient care, leadership, and helping drive the success of the practice. You will play a key role in both clinical excellence and team development.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services with excellent patient care Lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Mentor associate dentists and assist with clinical development Work alongside office leadership to improve scheduling, productivity, and treatment acceptance Review and support treatment plans to maximize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with all clinical standards and office protocols Help grow office production while creating a positive team environment

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active state dental license with good standing Minimum 3+ years of general dentistry experience preferred Previous leadership or managing doctor experience is a strong plus Strong communication and leadership abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
