Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery will contribute to creating a positive and comfortable experience for every patient. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your clinical skills and compassionate approach will make a meaningful difference. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Assess patient needs through thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients. Maintain precise medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy. Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Follow strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe clinical environment. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Manage medical records diligently, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Stay current with advancements in dental technology such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix software systems for seamless practice management. Provide excellent patient care by educating patients on oral health maintenance and post-treatment care. Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active state dental license Strong communication and patient-care skills Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively explain treatment plans to patients and their families Strong understanding of infection control protocols and aseptic technique in a dental setting
Pay:
$100,052.84 - $120,493.74 per year
