The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with a focus on providing comprehensive patient care in a professional and welcoming environment. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology. Provide a wide range of dental treatments such as restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care. Utilize advanced dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning. Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans that meet the needs of pediatric and adult patients. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term oral health. Document all procedures accurately in medical records and ensure compliance with medical documentation standards. Support the dental office's operations by managing patient records, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a clean clinical environment. Qualifications Valid dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist in the respective jurisdiction. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and dental extractions. Familiarity with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques. Ability to perform root canal therapy, dental fabrication procedures, and utilize medical imaging effectively. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward diverse patient populations including pediatrics. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience managing medical records securely. Previous experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment is preferred.
