In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health is optimized through expert diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver a wide range of general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, bridges, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy with precision and care. Conduct oral surgeries including dental extractions and other minor surgical procedures following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Utilize dental imaging technology to diagnose issues accurately and plan effective treatments. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness. Qualifications Valid dental license with current certification in general dentistry practice Experience in pediatric dentistry, including pediatric assessments and treatments tailored for children. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical terminology relevant to dental procedures. Demonstrated expertise in dental extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques used in dentistry for accurate diagnosis. Ability to work efficiently using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient care flow. Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration.
