The opportunity You'll be joining a practice that is already running at properly with an experienced support staff, systems in place, and patients who keep coming back. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long term, not just fill a chair. What you'll do Provide high-quality general dentistry across our established patient base Educate patients on their treatment plans with clarity and genuine care Collaborate with an experienced, well-managed support team Build lasting patient relationships and serve as a trusted clinical presence Contribute to the continued growth and culture of the practice What we're looking for DDS or DMD with a valid California dental license Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry Strong communication skills — you love talking to patients, not just treating them A team-first mindset and commitment to long-term growth Proficiency or comfort with digital X-ray and modern dental technology Spanish fluency is a meaningful plus given our patient community
