What you'll do Provide high-quality general dentistry across our established patient base Educate patients on their treatment plans with clarity and genuine care Collaborate with an experienced, well-managed support team Build lasting patient relationships and serve as a trusted clinical presence Contribute to the continued growth and culture of the practice What we're looking for DDS or DMD with a valid California dental license Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry Strong communication skills — you love talking to patients, not just treating them A team-first mindset and commitment to long-term growth Proficiency or comfort with digital X-ray and modern dental technology Spanish fluency is a meaningful plus given our patient community
