General Dentist to join our modern, well-run dental office in La Mirada. We are looking for a dentist with at least 2 years of clinical experience , especially with molar root canals and extractions , who is interested in finding a long-term clinic to grow with . This is a full-time position in a 5-star practice with a great team, loyal patients, and a supportive work environment. We value someone who is respectful, professional, team-oriented, and passionate about progressing with our clinic . Our office is fully digital and equipped with iTero, Netflix in operatories , and efficient systems that make dentistry enjoyable and productive. Compensation $850 daily base guarantee Our dentists average $1,000- 1,300 per day Bonus opportunities available Schedule Monday through Friday Full time Patient Load Approximately 12 patients per day What We're Looking For Strong chairside manner and excellent communication Calm, professional, and positive under pressure Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic Someone respectful, motivated, and interested in a long-term position with our clinic Clinical Requirements Confident treatment planning Comfortable with painless injections Ability to perform molar root canals Experience with extractions Efficient and organized clinical workflow Strong patient rapport We're a positive, drama-free office and value professionalism, teamwork, and a genuine enjoyment of dentistr y.
