Position Overview We are currently seeking a motivated, compassionate, and clinically skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing excellent patient care, values teamwork, and is eager to continue developing professionally within a supportive environment. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and grow within a thriving practice. Partnership opportunities may also be available for the right long-term candidate. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Provide a full scope of general dental procedures, including restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, and surgical treatments as appropriate. Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options in a professional and compassionate manner. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records in compliance with practice protocols and regulatory standards. Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and office efficiency. Foster positive patient relationships that encourage trust, case acceptance, and long-term retention. Uphold the practice's commitment to excellence, ethics, and outstanding patient experiences. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active state dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure). Current CPR/BLS certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Experience with Oryx is preferred but not required.
