Job Description

Kaur Dentistry is seeking a confident, compassionate, and clinically strong Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Madera, California. We are looking for a doctor who values quality dentistry, strong patient relationships, and teamwork. This is a permanent part-time position with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time associate role in the future based on office needs, performance, and mutual fit. Our office has an established patient base, supportive team, and steady patient flow, making this a great opportunity for a dentist seeking a long-term position with room for growth. Position Details Part-time associate dentist position Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future Established patient flow Supportive and experienced clinical team Modern private practice setting Long-term growth opportunity Responsibilities Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning Provide general dental treatment including restorations, crowns, extractions, endodontics/root canal therapy, oral surgery, and other routine procedures Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history review Communicate clearly and professionally with patients and team members Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols Follow proper infection control, aseptic technique, and OSHA standards Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide efficient, comfortable, and high-quality patient care Manage patient records with professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail Qualifications Active California dental license Must carry and maintain malpractice insurance Current CPR/BLS certification Experience in general dentistry preferred Strong clinical skills and confidence with extractions, root canal therapy, and comprehensive treatment planning Excellent communication and patient care skills Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and HIPAA compliance Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Compensation Competitive daily guarantee and/or percentage of production Compensation structure based on experience and schedule About the Opportunity This is a great opportunity for a dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality dental care while working in a supportive private practice environment.
