requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 16, and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by 4.62 percent and will receive 8 PLP 2025 leave credits monthly for at least 16 months. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes. Part-time employees are subject to the same conditions as full-time employees, on a prorated basis equivalent to their time-base. Permanent intermittent employees are subject to the same condition as full-time employees, based on the number of hours worked in the pay period. Limited Term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent. Under the clinical direction of the Regional Dental Director and the administrative direction of the Health Program Manager III, the Supervising Dentist (SD), Correctional Facility (CF) supervises and oversees the work of the Dentists, CF, and the Supervising Dental Assistant (SDA), CF within an institution. The SD, CF is responsible for ensuring clinical staff complies with the Dental Program, Health Care Department Operations Manual (HCDOM), and State and federal regulations. The SD, CF also provides leadership, chart reviews, training, clinical instruction, and guidance to clinical staff within the dental clinic.
