Job Description

This role offers a part‑time general dentist position in Mammoth Lakes, CA, providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while balancing professional and personal life. Candidates with at least two years of clinical experience and a passion for patient‑centered care are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning Diagnose and treat oral health conditions, diseases, and injuries Provide restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures Deliver patient education regarding oral hygiene and preventive care Administer fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and extractions Treat pediatric and adult patients with professionalism and compassion Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office staff to ensure efficient patient care Follow all infection control and safety protocols Stay current with advancements in dentistry and patient care techniques
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active California Dental License in good standing Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team‑oriented environment Commitment to patient‑centered care and clinical excellence Current CPR/BLS Certification Compliance with all state and federal dental regulations
Preferred Skills:
Pediatric dentistry experience preferred DEA License preferred Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental software is a plus
