Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implant Specialist/Implantologist to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will lead the planning, placement, and restoration of dental implants, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert clinical procedures and compassionate care. Your expertise will contribute to transforming smiles and improving patients' quality of life. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to determine suitability for implant procedures Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing advanced imaging techniques such as medical imaging and dental scans Perform surgical placement of dental implants with precision, adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols Manage pre-operative preparations and post-operative care to ensure successful healing and integration of implants Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, and other specialists to coordinate complex cases involving dental fabrication and restorative procedures Educate patients on implant options, procedures, benefits, risks, and maintenance requirements to promote informed decision-making Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies Experience Proven experience as an Implant Specialist or Implantologist with a strong background in oral surgery and general dentistry Proficiency in using dental terminology, medical terminology, and understanding of anatomy relevant to implant procedures Hands-on experience with dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for charting, scheduling, and documentation Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, and other related procedures that support implant success Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe surgical environments Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles is a plus for treating younger patients requiring implants or related procedures Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care while managing multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced dental clinic setting Join us to be part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence in implant dentistry!
