Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Conduct a variety of dental procedures including, but not limited to, dental extractions, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure the safety and health of patients during all procedures. Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for younger patients. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software, ensuring all medical terminology is correctly documented. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during treatments. Educate patients on oral health care practices and preventive measures to maintain their dental health. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence in clinical decision-making.
