Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Spanish Speaking Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care by providing comprehensive dental services in a welcoming and professional environment. Your expertise will help improve patients' oral health and confidence while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of clinical excellence and infection control. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology effectively to explain procedures, diagnoses, and treatment options to patients Execute dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other surgical procedures while maintaining aseptic technique Use dental imaging technology and medical imaging tools to diagnose conditions accurately Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize patient comfort and procedural efficiency Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe clinical environment Stay current with advancements in dental technology, materials, and techniques such as dental fabrication and prosthodontics Requirements Valid state licensure as an Associate Dentist with a current license to practice dentistry Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic environment with proficiency in Denticon, Open Dental software systems is highly preferred Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and infection control practices Ability to communicate effectively using clear dental terminology while demonstrating excellent patient care skills Familiarity with medical documentation standards and medical terminology for accurate record keeping Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other surgical procedures is desirable Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and proficiency in medical imaging techniques Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient information at all times Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate patient care Join us if you're passionate about making a difference through exceptional dental care!
