The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with a focus on delivering comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental services, performing procedures across various specialties, and ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills while contributing to the health and well-being of our patients. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and professionalism. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize advanced dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for documentation, scheduling, and treatment planning. Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Take and interpret dental radiographs and medical imaging to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental health. Collaborate effectively within a team environment practicing four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care delivery. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, including pediatric dentistry, endodontics, and prosthodontics to enhance clinical outcomes. Manage dental office operations efficiently while providing exceptional patient care in accordance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics preferred. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control procedures. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate treatment plans clearly. Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on quality outcomes. Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and other complex procedures confidently.
