FRIDAY We're looking for an experienced Endodontist ready to step into a thriving, high-demand environment across Riverpark, Oxnard . If you're confident performing a full scope of endodontic procedures and want consistent case flow plus strong support , this is built for you. Compensation Structure (Independent Contractor) Enjoy flexibility, strong earning potential, and faster payouts: Production-Based Pay Earn 45% of production (higher of daily guarantee or production) Compensation based on your previous 2 weeks of production with no long 3-month lag Lab Fees Minimal adjustments, only 30% of lab fees In-house lab keeps costs low, for example crown approximately $30 Earning Potential Your base compensation does not fall off Most providers consistently exceed their base every pay cycle Clinical Support & Environment Your Support Team Work with highly trained assistants and front office staff who are aligned to maximize your productivity. We prioritize team excellence through daily trainings and weekly leadership meetings , creating a collaborative high-performing culture. Mentorship & Collaboration Partner with experienced general dentists and specialists across: Endodontics Periodontics Oral Surgery Cosmetic Dentistry Sedation Dentistry Senior doctors are always available for case discussions and second opinions .
