In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and professionalism Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced medical imaging technology Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, utilizing comprehensive knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical records standards Utilize dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, charting, billing, and record keeping Educate patients on oral health best practices, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term dental wellness Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment practicing four-handed dentistry to optimize efficiency and patient comfort Experience Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or dental office environment with familiarity in general dentistry procedures Demonstrated proficiency with dental imaging techniques and endodontic procedures such as root canal therapy Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles for treating pediatric patients with patience and care Experience performing dental extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures is highly desirable Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and infection control practices Ability to communicate complex medical terminology clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds Prior experience using dental practice management software like Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding patient care while advancing your professional skills in a supportive environment.
