Part-Time Opportunity Compensation:
Starting at $700 per day (based on production and experience)
About Us:
Dr. Michelle Marconnette, DDS, Inc. is a long-standing private dental practice in Phelan, CA known for providing quality, patient-centered care in a friendly and professional setting. We are currently seeking an experienced dentist who values teamwork, integrity, and excellent patient care.
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling available Days currently open: Mondays, and Fridays Candidates may choose one, two, or all available days depending on availability
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Provide restorative, preventative, and cosmetic dental care Communicate effectively with patients about oral health and treatment options Collaborate with dental assistants and administrative staff for efficient operations Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active California dental license in good standing Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Positive, professional demeanor and commitment to ethical care
Compensation & Benefits:
$700 per day or more, based on production and experience Daily rate may be adjusted according to production levels Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow with the practice as patient flow increases We'd love to hear from you!
