Role:

The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being. Minimum Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school. Active California Dental License. CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a clinical dental setting, particularly in a general practice. Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records. Strong verbal and written communication skills .

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs. Educate patients on preventive care and proper oral hygiene techniques. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth workflow and patient care.
