Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Flexible schedule We are seeking a skilled and personable Periodontist to join our established private dental practice in Redondo Beach on a part-time basis, approximately two days per month . Our practice provides high-quality comprehensive dentistry with a strong restorative and prosthodontic foundation. We are looking for a periodontist who can deliver excellent specialty care while working collaboratively with our team to provide a seamless patient experience. Position Details The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing periodontal specialty services in a private practice setting, including: Periodontal evaluations and treatment planning Scaling and root planing oversight when needed Osseous surgery Gingival grafting and soft tissue procedures Crown lengthening Implant placement Extractions and ridge preservation Bone grafting and related surgical procedures Clear communication with patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, dependable, and professional, with excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.

The right candidate should be:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Periodontics Licensed to practice dentistry in California Experienced with implant placement and periodontal surgery Comfortable working in a PPO/cash practice environment Collaborative with the general/restorative team Ethical, detail-oriented, and focused on quality care Able to build trust with patients and support strong case acceptance About the Practice Our office emphasizes comprehensive, high-quality dentistry in a friendly and professional environment. Patients receive thoughtful treatment planning, clear communication, and specialty-level care in an accessible private practice setting. We are a PPO and cash-based practice and are looking for a periodontist who can integrate smoothly into our existing workflow and help us provide specialty periodontal services in-house. Schedule Approximately 2 days per month Specific days are flexible and can be discussed Opportunity to grow depending on patient demand and fit Compensation Compensation will be discussed based on experience, procedures performed, and production structure.
