In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise in general dentistry, combined with your ability to perform specialized procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics, will help us maintain the highest standards of care. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver a wide range of general dental services such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care. Conduct complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontic treatments with precision and care. Utilize dental imaging technology and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure safe and effective procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness. Experience Proven experience working in a busy dental clinic or dental office environment with a focus on general dentistry. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles is a plus for treating pediatric patients effectively. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs thoroughly and communicate treatment plans clearly.
