Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and a positive patient experience. Your expertise will help transform smiles and improve lives through exceptional clinical skills and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including oral examinations and medical history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver high-quality dental treatments such as restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to diagnose dental conditions accurately. Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term dental wellness. Document all patient interactions, diagnoses, treatments, and medical records clearly and accurately using dental terminology. Collaborate effectively with dental assistants and staff in four-handed dentistry procedures to optimize workflow and patient comfort. Requirements Valid state dental license with current certification to practice general dentistry. Proficiency in dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for medical documentation and records management. Experience with pediatric dentistry, including pediatric patient assessment and treatment planning. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control standards, and dental fabrication techniques. Demonstrated expertise in dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and the use of dental equipment for diagnosis and treatment delivery. Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and build rapport with diverse patient populations. $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
