Job Description

Cleansing Conversations is a small group practice seeking a dedicated clinician who values collaboration, interested in expanding their clinical skills, and is looking to build a meaningful, long-term career. We value thoughtful client care, integrity, clinician well-being, and ongoing growth within a supportive, collaborative environment. Competitive Salary $100,000.00

Pay is not affected by no shows/cancellations. The ideal candidate is committed to developing a consistent caseload of 30 clients per week and investing in a long-term role within the practice. The client serviced are minimal to moderate symptomology. Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation on Simple Practice. Provide individual, children, and/or family therapy sessions. Two years experience in Group Practice Setting is preferred but not required. Active and unrestricted professional California License with BBS.
